Watch demonstration of how to prepare Easter Chocolate using advanced techniques. This demonstration provides a great introduction to advanced molding techniques taught in the Superior Pâtisserie level at Le Cordon Bleu.
Tasting follows the demonstration..
NOTE: Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.
