With origins shrouded in rumour, the beef Wellington is generally accepted as a British classic named in honour of the 1st Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley, recognising his contribution to the victory at the Battle of Waterloo. In this hands-on workshop, you will master each component of this iconic dish, from perfectly seared beef tenderloin to golden and flaky puff pastry, bringing together technique, precision, and elegance in every slice.

During the workshop, you will learn:
