Atelier With Guest Dining Part 1

Time: Cuisine workshop: 3 pm to 6 pm
Dining experience: 6 pm to 9 pm
Full atelier - 1 participant (workshop and dining experience for one): $350 (tax included)
Full atelier - 2 participants (workshop with shared cooking station and dining experience for two): $630 (tax included)
Additional dining experience - 1 guest to join a workshop participant: $155 (tax included)
Combine a practical workshop course at Le Cordon Bleu with an exquisite dining experience in our Signatures Restaurant. Learn cuisine techniques with Signatures Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Yannick Anton. In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to make a succulent herb crusted rack of lamb, ratatouille niçoise and savory lamb jus.
Then let us pamper you in our Top Choice Award winning Signatures Restaurant for a 3 course dine and wine experience. The lamb dish you created in the workshop will be plated and served as your main course. Chef Anton will prepare a mouthwatering appetizer consisting of salmon (slowly cooked and soya caramelized) fingerling potato and cucumber salad, and red pepper jam. Both appetizer and main course will be paired with the perfect wine. For dessert, Chef Anton will prepare a scrumptious chocolate ganache dessert with cashew tonka bean foam and opaline.
This atelier concept gives you several options:
1- you can share the workshop experience with someone (both at same cooking station) and dine together.
2- you can invite a guest to join you at 6pm for the dining experience.
NOTE: Price for workshop includes paper chef hat, apron and branded towel.
Price for dining experience includes appetizer and dessert made by Chef Yannick Anton, plated main course made by workshop participant, wine pairing, coffee/tea, waiter service and 18% gratuity.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
