Course Details/Summary:

Let our Le Cordon Bleu Master Pâtisserie Chef introduce you to the modern French Breakfast, the most important meal of the day! No previous culinary experience is required to participate in this course, and everything you create is yours to take home at the end of the day.

The course covers the following creations:

  • Croissant with “Poolish base”
  • Bi-Colour Pain Au Chocolat
  • Pain Au lait
  • Brioche a l’huile
