The Taste of Italy Pasta Making Demonstration Only will teach you a number of cuisine skills, pasta doughs and a range of Italian pasta dishes.

Course Includes: Recipe book and tastings in the demonstration theatre.

Course Details: Pasta you will learn to make:
  • Pumpkin and chestnut ravioli with an amaretto beurre noisette
  • Lamb ragout with Pappardelle pasta
  • Spinach gnocchi goat’s curd and virgin dressing
  • Veal and sage tortellini with truffle cream sauce
