Join our Master Patisserie Chef and create two different types of tarts perfect for summer entertaining.
During this workshop, you will be making a traditional French fruit tart using a sweet pastry shell filled with crème pâtisserie, and fresh seasonal fruit.
You’ll also be making a show stopping pineapple tart in sweet pastry shell with coconut and lime glazed entremet.
Date: Saturday 25th November 2023
Time: 9 am – 4 pm (light lunch is included)
