Delightfully scrumptious, sinfully light and bursting with summer flavours. Our Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie Chef will show you how to bake the perfect tart from the crust to the consistency.

Course details: In terms of the tarts you will be making, the first is a pear tart with an almond cream and the second, an Italian meringue with a grapefruit flan mixture, sweet almond paste and fresh grapefruit segments.
Course Includes: All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchens for your use on the day.
