Our pasta-making workshop teaches you a number of cuisine skills whilst making some truly classic pasta doughs and dishes. A light lunch will be provided.

Course Includes: All ingredients, all cooking equipment and teaching resources needed in our practical kitchens for your use.

What pasta you will learn to make:
- Classic pasta dough (used for ravioli, tortellini etc.)
- Green pasta (tagliatelle)
- Beetroot gnocchi
- Tortellini cooked in a chicken stock
- Ravioli stuffed with seasoned meat.
