Join our master patisserie chef and learn how to work with chocolate to create textures and artistic décors on your Chocolate Dessert Cakes. A cake box will be provided for you to take home your creations at the end of the day.

Course Includes: All ingredients, tea towels and apron will be provided. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchens for your use. Recipe book and cake box included. Lunch is not included.
Course Details/Summary: During the course, you will learn the following chocolate techniques:- Flourless chocolate cake (GF)
- Chocolate Ganache
- Chocolate Chantilly
- Pre-crystalisation of chocolate
- Chocolate decors
- Piping skills
