Cheese Making - Camembert Reblochon Halloumi Brousse

In the Cheese Making Workshop, you will discover the fine and complex art of cheese making with a different repertoire of cheeses. You need not have attended our previous cheesemaking workshop, in this class you will learn everything you need to make cheese at home.

Date: Saturday 16th October 2021

Time: 9 am - 4 pm (including a light lunch and refreshments)

Location: Level 2, 52 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington

Course Includes: All ingredients and equipment required for Cheese-making, recipes and gourmet cheese to take home with you. A light lunch and refreshments are included.

Course Details/Summary: This course will teach you the fundamental techniques of cheese making. During the course you will create:
  • Camembert (white rind cheese)
  • Reblochon (washed rind cheese)
  • Halloumi (two-hour cheese)
  • Brousse (fresh cheese)

What to bring: Chilly bin to take your cheese home (to keep your cheese cool)
