Course Details/Summary: 

Discover the fine and complex art of cheese making with our Master Chef.

This course will teach you the fundamental techniques of cheese making, including the equipment and recipes required to create a variety of cheese. During the course you will create:

  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Feta 
  • Ricotta

What to bring: Chilly bin to take your cheese home (to keep your cheese cool)
