Time: 9am – 4pm (30-minute lunch break included, lunch is not provided)

Location: Level 2, 52 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington

Course Includes: All ingredients and equipment required for Cheese-making, recipes and gourmet cheese to take home with you.

Course Details/Summary: This course will teach you the fundamental techniques of cheese making. During the course you will create:

  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Feta 
  • Ricotta

What to bring: Chilly bin to take your cheese home (to keep your cheese cool)
