Welcome to ‘Taste of Le Cordon Bleu’! We are exciting to be with you and experience the lovely French cooking world. In this workshop, people with no prior understanding of cooking are welcome. We specifically consider Taiwanese eating habit in this session. All the dishes made in the session are also good options for family sharing, gift giving and are easily reproduced at home.
In this workshop, you will gain the insight and preliminary understanding of French culinary arts shared by our Teaching Chef. Through the engagement in demonstration and hands-on practical session, you will have a big picture of French cooking and our teaching methodology applied to formal program.
- Cold poached salmon and quinoa salad
- Honey and lime roast duck breast with glazed vegetables

Content of this practical class includes:：
- Perform French knife cuts
- Trim and dice the duck breast
- Poach the salmon in court bouillon
- Boil quinoa and glaze vegetable
- Emulsify sauce mayonnaise
- Prepare the duck breast pink
- Bake the pain d’épices

Duting an one-day practical session, all ingredients, a recipe booklet, all cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
