Magret de Canard, a representative traditional french cuisine, will be a spotlight when you host a family banquet.
In this 3-hour workshop, you will gain the insight and preliminary understanding of French culinary arts shared by our Teaching Chef. Through the engagement in the hands-on practical session, you will have a big picture of French cooking and our teaching methodology applied to formal program.
