| New students giving 28 days' notice or more before course commencement of an enrolled program | 15% of tuition fees and AUD $250.00 non-refundable deposit will be withheld. |
| If 28 days' is not given | No refund will be given except for a VISA refusal where a full refund will be given less the AUD $250.00 admin fee. |
