Thai Flavoured Macarons
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is proud to offer a new Thai Flavoured macaron-making workshop which is prepared from the colours, flavours and aroma of Thai fruits and herbs. In this course, our chef incorporates all these delicious flavours into 8 NEW macaron fillings - Mango Sticky Rice, Jasmine, Pandan, Lemongrass, Thai Tea, Som-Sah (Citrus Aurantium or bitter orange), Tamarind and Satay (Curry Peanut Sauce). Participant will learn how to make macarons shells and various techniques of how to prepare the fillings, including how to decorate macarons based on the different fillings.
