French cooking has evolved over the long history of the country with each region having its own distinct foods and unique ingredients. You will learn classic techniques and recipes by our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs. You will prepare each recipe in our state-of-the-art professional kitchens. Bon Appétit!
This short course is an in introductory into classic french cuisine. From day one, students begin to learn the basics: knife skills, peeling and preparing vegetables, filleting and integrating sauces, stocks and spices into dishes.
In this Tour de France you will learn how to prepare succulent specialties from the regions of Burgundy, Auvergne, Ile de France and Languedoc.
NOTE: Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

All payment must be completed before the registration closing date. Please bring your registration confirmation e-mail with you to the short course. Students who completed payment after the closing date will not be allowed into the building as class sizes are strictly restricted due to COVID-19 measures.
