Tour de France - Part 1


Dates: Tuesday, October 27 & Wednesday, October 28 & Tuesday, November 3 & Wednesday, November 4, 2020
Time: 5 pm to 9 pm (4 hours per day, 16 hours total)

French cooking has evolved over the long history of the country with each region having its own distinct foods and unique ingredients. You will learn classic techniques and recipes by our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs. You will prepare each recipe in our state-of-the-art professional kitchens. Bon Appétit!

This short course is an in introductory into classic french cuisine. From day one, students begin to learn the basics: knife skills, peeling and preparing vegetables, filleting and integrating sauces, stocks and spices into dishes.

In this hands-on interactive 4-day course you will learn how to make american lobster, kouign amann, stewed trout, beef hanger steak, catalan cream and basque chicken.

NOTE: Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
