The buttery, rich, and quintessentially French delights that make up viennoiserie are impossible to resist. Learn from the best in this hands-on interactive 4-day course that will make you the expert on croissants, brioche and more.  

  • DAY 1: Introduction, braided milk loaf, croissant dough preparation
  • DAY 2: Croissant dough lamination, crème pâtissière, baking of croissants, pains au chocolat and danishes, preparation of Panettone levain
  • DAY 3: Baking of Panettone, Brioche dough preparation
  • DAY 4: baking of assorted Brioches

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
