If you love to eat fish and seafood, you're in for a real treat. The important thing about this course is fish and seafood are often prepared in the simplest of ways but you must learn the techniques. Each day of the course, you will learn how to clean, prepare and cook, fish, crustaceans and other seafood varieties.

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
