The mushroom is a funghi that can enhance your everyday meals, elevate your mains, or used as a healthy vegetarian option.

Whether you're making a quick meal with mushrooms on the side or something more technical like sautéing, our chefs will show you how to cook tender, tasty, and succulent mushrooms. In this class you will learn to cook with a variety of mushrooms!

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
