In this hands-on interactive 3-hour workshop, learn with Chef Arnaud the art behind baking the perfect Pita Bread, create one of the most well-known cold appetizers from Lebanese mezzeh cuisine - Hummus (& some variations) and pair it up with a suitable accompaniment, the Harra Potatoes.
