The flavours of Provence are defined by its landscape and climate. With its strong Mediterranean influence, you’ll be cooking with ingredients such as olive oil, rich spices, seafood and lavender.

Demo: Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
