Fill your home with the sights and smells of the holiday season and add new favorites to your family recipe collection with a lesson in French cuisine and wine pairing.
Learn our chefs’ favorite festive recipes to create the perfect Christmas dinner and pair it with a wine that will enhance the dining experience. Our Chef Aurélien Legué and Chef Nicolas Jordan, will demonstrate dishes such as Fresh foie gras cake, cream of enoki paired with green apple, venison medallion and red wine pears for dessert.
The menu includes four exquisitely paired wine selections that will compliment the dishes and captivate your senses.
In addition to the demonstration, guests will have the opportunity to taste each dish.

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques. Two Chefs will assist on the day.
Please note this is a demonstration only workshop. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
