In this hands-on, interactive 4-hour workshop, learn from our Le Cordon Bleu World-renowned Pastry chefs the best techniques for creating the finest tarts.
During the workshop, you will learn:

- Tart Pear Hazlenut: Buttery tart filled with nutty hazelnut cream and tender, caramelized pear slices.
- Brittany Sablé: Delicate buttery sable layered with mandarin jelly, silky citrus Chiboust cream, and a medley of fresh, vibrant fruits.
Skills and Techniques:
- Learn how to create shortcrust pastry, fruit jelly Chiboust and many more techniques.
- Learn to balance nutty and fruity flavors.
- Explore professional tart finishing.
- Enhance your plating with refined garnishes.
