Boulangerie Essentials – A 2-Day Immersive Workshop

Step into the world of boulangerie with this hands-on 2-day course, designed for passionate food lovers and aspiring bakers alike. Under the expert guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, you’ll master the foundational techniques behind some of France’s most iconic baked goods.

What you’ll create:

  • Laminated dough and rich dough
  • Buttery croissants
  • Pain au chocolat brioche

No prior experience required – just a love of pastry!
