This workshop focuses on two essential macaron techniques: precise piping and achieving the perfect macaron feet. Students will create two refined pastries—a show-stopping large macaron filled with vanilla mascarpone, pineapple, and lime, and a classic chocolate mini macaron. The course covers meringue preparation, macaronage techniques, and baking temperature control, allowing participants to master the signature crisp shell and tender center. A perfect introduction to the art and delicacy of French macarons.
