This workshop introduces three timeless French pastries: the silky, aromatic Classic Flan, the crisp and delicately fruity Apple Tart, and the caramelized, custardy Cannelés. Students will learn essential techniques including filling preparation, tart dough handling, and precise baking control. Through hands-on practice, participants will explore the refined balance and layered flavors that define French pâtisserie—perfect for both dessert enthusiasts and those seeking to elevate their pastry skills.

 

Notes & Important Information:

♦ After completing your registration for a short course, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
♦ Each short course is limited to 16 participants.
♦ Upon completion of the class, students will receive a Le Cordon Bleu Short Course Certificate of Participation.
♦ This course is open to participants aged 18 and above only.
♦ All professional tools and equipment required for the class are provided during the course.
