This workshop emphasizes dough fermentation, kneading techniques, temperature control, and flavor development. Through hands-on practice, you will experience the craftsmanship behind authentic French boulangerie and elevate your everyday baking skills.

♦ Upon completion of the class, students will receive a Le Cordon Bleu Short Course Certificate of Participation.
