This macaron-making workshop “10 New Flavours of Macarons” will cover NEW trends for macaron fillings.  Participants will learn how to make macaron shells and the techniques of preparing several tasty fillings – Raspberry Pistachio, Olive Oil and Vanilla, Orange Blossom, Ginger, Violette, Dark Chocolate Chili Pepper, Strawberry and Black Pepper, Bergamote, Lime Basil, Orangette – including all you need to know for creating different garnishes.

              After the workshop, you can relax and enjoy tasting the new flavours of Macarons before awarding the Workshop Certificate!
