Improve your confidence in the kitchen and learn a classic repertoire of French patisserie techniques including creaming, aerating, folding, glazing, piping and decorating. This short course combines a perfect balance of theory and practical, so you will gain an all-round Le Cordon Bleu experience.

You’ll also get to prepare more than 15 recipes including macarons, a citrus meringue tart, lemon and earl grey cake, gâteaux, doughs, pastries, cake fillings, ganaches, shorbread biscuits, caramel, eclairs, mousse and loads more!
