Le Cordon Bleu’s six-week Pâtisserie Foundations cooking class will cover everything you need to know about this uniquely French artform. Just some of the recipes you'll master include chocolate praline tart, coffee éclairs, raspberry macarons, chocolate marble cake and strawberry roulade.

Cake Decorating

Are you ready to take your cake making skills to the next level? This comprehensive, two-week course will teach you everything there is to know about creating and selling edible masterpieces. Across 10 lessons, you will create different types of icing, learn about technique when it comes to piping designs, work with fondant and gum paste and assemble multi-tiered wedding cakes. An experienced patisserie chef will guide you step-by-step, starting with basic cake batters and icings to more detailed decorations using chocolate and sugar. What’s more, you will also learn how to cost, sell, package and transport your cakes if you’re looking to start your own business.
