- Food Hygiene
First, you will watch the Chef demonstrate recipes and techniques in detail in one of our state-of-the-art demonstration theatres. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and take notes during this time. You will then be tasked with replicating the same recipes in our practical kitchen. This teaching format and environment is identical to that of our longer culinary programmes, making this course an ideal choice for prospective patisserie students as it allows them to experience Le Cordon Bleu first-hand and help them to make an informed decision.
Course Includes: All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchens for your use on the day. Everything you create during the course is yours to take home.
