Our Taste of Italy short course teaches you a number of cuisine skills whilst making some truly classic Italian dishes. Techniques such as risotto making and pasta rolling will be included in the four courses you will learn to prepare.

Course details:

Our Master Cuisine Chef will teach you the fundamental techniques to create:
  • Cannelloni
  • Saltimbocca
  • Risotto Verde
  • Tiramisu

Refreshments will be provided.

This course includes: All ingredients, all cooking equipment and teaching resources needed in our practical kitchens for your use.
