Chefs Table Chicken

During this workshop, you will learn, cook and eat with a Le Cordon Bleu master cuisine chef.

Menu:

  • Chicken breast stuffed and poached with mushroom, onions, turn boiled potatoes and Chivry sauce.
  • Side salad created by the chef
  • One glass Sauvignon Blanc
  • Dessert provided by a Le Cordon bleu patisserie chef

Chocolate Panforte & Truffles

In this fun and creative christmas workshop, you will be making Chocolate Panforte and Chocolate Truffles under the expert guidance of our Master patisserie chef.

  • You will take home your tasty creations beautifully wrapped for display. They will not only look fabulous they will be delicious too!
