New students enrolled in Diplôme de Cuisine (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery SIT 30816), Diplôme de Pâtisserie (Certificate III in Pâtisserie SIT31016) or Diplôme Avancé de Gestion Culinaire (Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management SIT60316), are required to participate in a one week orientation programme.
