Orientation - Culinary Arts Students

New students enrolled in Diplôme de Cuisine (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery SIT 30816), Diplôme de Pâtisserie (Certificate III in Pâtisserie SIT31016) or Diplôme Avancé de Gestion Culinaire (Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management SIT60316), are required to participate in a one week orientation programme.

Our orientation programme provides an opportunity for students to:

• Meet Le Cordon Bleu staff who will provide information on a range of services about living in Brisbane e.g. banking, public transport and medical facilities
• Meet academic staff who will provide an overview of study programmes, timetables, assessment Requirements and relevant policies and procedures
• Learn about Le Cordon Bleu Student Portal and student login arrangements
• Learn about Overseas Student Health Cover
• Hear about relevant laws
• Participate in a tour of the campus
• Have a uniform fitting
• Collect textbooks
• Meet and socialise with other students

• Dates for Term 4 2019 orientation: Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th of September 2019
• Venue: Le Cordon Bleu Brisbane Institute. Building D, Colchester Street, South Bank. SOUTH BRISBANE QLD 4101
• Time: 9.00am for registration
