What will I learn?
Held in Le Cordon Bleu’s fully equipped professional kitchens, this immersive course offers a true taste of classical French cuisine.
Throughout the day, you’ll be introduced to a variety of techniques, ingredient preparation methods and plating principles. You’ll also gain an understanding of French flavour profiles and culinary traditions.
The menu you’ll prepare includes:
- Roasted loin of lamb with basil crust, Darphin potato and hazelnut split jus
- Parmesan sablé, aubergine caviar and confit tomatoes
