Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers Hospitality Management Diplomas:
Bachelor Diplomas Bachelor of Business in International Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Business in Culinary Arts. 3-year Bachelor programmes are composed of 4 academic semesters and 2 paid internships. These programmes combine operational management and professional techniques. Since a partnership with Paris-Dauphine University in October 2018, students who have successfully completed the 3 year programme will be awarded a Le Cordon Bleu Paris Bachelor and an international “Talent in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management” diploma from Paris-Dauphine Universit.
Diploma in Culinary Management. This programme provides students with the operational training and managerial skills required to start their own businesses thanks to a 3 months training programme.
Wine and Management programme. During this 10-month programme, students acquire knowledge and skills through both theory and practical training, including vineyard visits and three internships.
