Le Cordon Bleu London is celebrating the Christmas season with a selection of fantastic new festive short courses.

Christmas is just around the corner, and with all the work that goes into the occasion, there’s no better time to start planning your festive menu for this year. To help you brush up on your Christmas culinary skills, we’ve expanded our selection of festive short courses to aid you in preparing for all your festive celebrations.

Whether you want to learn to make a gourmet Christmas dinner, master festive food and wine pairings, create delicious chocolate gifts or seasonal boulangerie, you’ll be sure to wow your guests having completed one of our culinary Christmas courses. Ranging from 2 hours to 5 days, these courses are perfect for beginners and more experienced culinary enthusiasts alike.

27th November – Festive Wine Workshop
This 2-hour tasting workshop will prepare you for the festive season, providing a drink idea for every step of the way.

6th December – Christmas Chocolate Workshop
Learn to create personalised chocolate gifts and a stunning chocolate centrepiece for the festive season.

6th December – Christmas Dinner Cooking Class
Under the careful guidance of our chefs, you will learn how to create four delicious classic Christmas recipes to achieve a memorable meal.

15th December – Christmas Food & Wine Pairing
Under the guidance of our chef and wine expert, you will experience how to successfully pair festive dishes with magnificent wine.

15th December – Christmas Essentials
Be guided through your Christmas Essentials by our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs as you take on Cuisine, Pastry and Boulangerie in this 5-day course.

15th December – Mastering Macarons Christmas Edition
Our pâtisserie chefs will teach you how to produce the four main types of French macaron, leading you through the crucial stages of the macaron making with a Christmas twist.

16th December – Boulangerie Christmas Essentials
This 2-day short course will see you develop an understanding of enriched doughs, creating exciting bakes such as stollen, panettone and a variety of brioche.

18th December – Cordon Vert® Vegan Christmas Dinner
This 2-day short course will teach you to prepare a plant-based Christmas dinner menu that will please everyone around the table.

22nd December – Festive Table
Brush up on your cuisine and pastry skills in this festive themed culinary short course. Across 2 days, a Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef will guide you through two excellent cuisine and pastry options to grace your table this Christmas.
