1st Gastronomic Festival Valle de Bravo
Tasting dinner on Friday, September 1st with the theme of "mushrooms"; conference by our Culinary Director Chef Arnaud Guerpillon and Chef Cêdric Carême on September 2nd; demonstration and tasting prepared by those Chefs on September 3rd.
During this week, and on the occasion of the 122 years of Le Cordon Bleu International, we will held inside the facilities of Le Cordon Bleu Mexico different conferences given by Chefs and recognized professionals in the gastronomy world, as well as a wide range of Workshops and a gastronomic rally with the students.
Our Culinary Director Chef Arnaud Guerpillon and Chef Cêdric Carême will hold different demonstrations and conferences for this Culinary Association, they will be in charge of the gala dinner and will serve as judges of a student contest.
