Le Cordon Bleu

Taking place on Saturday 29^th July, Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2023 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Boulangerie Techniques Workshops outlined below:

11:30am – 13:00pm: Light apple crumble brioche
14:00pm – 15:30pm: Soda bread with confit garlic and chive
16:30pm – 18:00pm: Spinach and ricotta flat bread

Boulangerie Techniques Workshop:
Covering skills that are taught on our Diplôme de Boulangerie, these workshops will teach you key baking techniques such as kneading, dough shaping and how to fill. The skills and techniques you're taught will be dependent on the workshop you select, but the knowledge gained from any of the three workshops will be applicable and transferable to other baking products.

Workshops will take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens which include some of the best equipment available.
