Le Cordon Bleu
Taking place on Saturday 1st July, Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2023 included interactive practical workshops such as the Boulangerie Techniques Workshops outlined below:
Boulangerie Techniques Workshop:Covering skills that are taught on our Diplôme de Boulangerie, these workshops taught key baking techniques such as kneading, dough shaping and how to fill. The skills and techniques you're taught would be dependent on the workshop you selected, but the knowledge gained from any of the three workshops will be applicable and transferable to other baking products.
- 11:30am - 1:00pm: Ciabatta - Olive & sundried tomatoes ciabatta
- 2:00pm - 3.30pm: Burger Buns - Charcoal plant-based burger bun
- 4:30pm - 6:00pm: Savoury Scones - Savoury bacon, scallion and cheddar cheese scones
Workshops took place in our state-of-the-art kitchens which include some of the best equipment available.
