Le Cordon Bleu
Taking place on Saturday 27th June, Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2026 included interactive practical workshops such as the Boulangerie Techniques Workshops outlined below:
- 11:30am – 13:00pm: Viennese Chocolate Rolls
- 14:00pm – 15:30pm: Sourdough Fougasse
- 16:30pm – 18:00pm: Sun-Dried Tomatoes Laminated Bread
Boulangerie Techniques Workshop:Covering skills that are taught on our Diplôme de Boulangerie, these workshops will teach you key baking techniques such as kneading, dough shaping and how to fill. The skills and techniques you're taught will be dependent on the workshop you select, but the knowledge gained from any of the three workshops will be applicable and transferable to other baking products.
Workshops took place in our state-of-the-art kitchens which include some of the best equipment available.
