Taking place on Saturday 29th June, The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2019 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Boulangerie Techniques Workshops outlined below:

  • 10:30am - 12:00pm: Flatbreads with Fig, Walnut and Feta - Sold out
  • 1:00pm - 2.30pm: Chelsea Buns and Cinnamon Buns - Sold out
  • 3:30pm - 5:00pm: Black Tea and Fig Soda Bread with Whipped Orange Blossom and Honey Feta - Sold out
Boulangerie Techniques Workshop:
Covering skills that are covered in our Diplôme de Boulangerie, these workshops will teach you key baking techniques such as kneading, dough shaping and how to fill. The skills and techniques you're taught will be dependent on the workshop you select, but the knowledge gained from any of the three workshops will be applicable and transferable to other baking products.

Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available, such as performance knives by Zwilling.

Please note: General admission price is included in the cost of the ticket. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.
