Taking place on Saturday 1st July, The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2023 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Plant-Based Workshops outlined below:
Based on content from the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts, these practical workshops will showcase delicious dishes made solely with plant-based ingredients, teaching you how to utilise underused ingredients to create well balanced dishes which can suit a range of dietry requirements.
Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available.
Please note: General admission price is included in the cost of the ticket. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and are fit to practice in a professional kitchen environment.
