Taking place on Saturday 2nd July, The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2022 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Nutrition & Innovation Workshops outlined below:

  • 11:00am - 12:30pm: Mackerel and Coconut: Fish ceviche with coconut and watermelon sorbet
  • 1:30pm - 3.00pm: Create your own dish: Seared scallops, Asian slaw, dukkha and caviar (Agar agar)
  • 4:00pm - 5:30pm: Small snacks & travel cakes: Pecan, pumpkins seeds and mandarin sable

Nutrition & Innovation Workshops:
The Nutrition workshops will teach you how to identify, prepare and create nutritionally balanced dishes. Throughout the workshop, emphasis will be placed on why certain ingredients are used in relation to their nutritional value. These classes draw on the teachings of our Diploma in Nutrition, Gastronomy & Food Trends.

Our Innovation workshops focus on innovative approaches to pâtisserie dishes. Drawing on the material found in our Diploma in Pâtisserie Innovation and Wellness, these classes focus on replacing traditional ingredients often found in rich, high-calorie pastries, lightening them with healthier alternatives.

Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available.

Please note: General admission price is included in the cost of the ticket. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.


Online tickets are now off sale, but general admission tickets and any remaining workshop places will be available to puchase on the door.
