Le Cordon Bleu London will host its Summer Festival on Saturday 2nd July. The Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2022 will include interactive practical workshops such as the following wine tasting workshops:
Wine & Beverage Tasting Workshops:
Taught by Master Sommelier and Le Cordon Bleu Wine Development Manager Matthieu Longuere, these wine tasting workshops focus on elements taught in our wine school, as part of a short course or the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management.
Wines for picnics & barbecues
Discover what can be drunk whenever and wherever, and how to make sure it is served at the right temperature, whatever the weather! Tasting includes: sparkling, white, rosé, red and non-alcoholic alternative to wine.
Discover how to feel, compare and describe wine in a structured yet informal way. You will be able to use your senses and our expertise to leave knowing what styles of wines you like, where they come from and where to find them. Tasting includes: sparkling, whites and reds.
Find out how to make the most of the Sommelier or shop assistant, how to enhance your wine experience and have questions answered such as “is this wine ready to drink?” and “is this wine worth ageing?” Tasting includes: sparkling, whites and reds.

Please note: General admission price is included in the cost of the ticket. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.
