Culinary Practice Management Taster Course – BBA Culinary Industry Management

This taster course introduces students to the exciting world of culinary arts and hospitality management, blending hands-on food training with essential business and leadership skills.
This will explore how the industry operates and what it takes to succeed in roles such as kitchen manager, restaurant operator, or food entrepreneur. Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef Colin Barnett will showcase the culinary and teaching excellence of Le Cordon Bleu London with a Roast & Smoked Duck demonstration, while Le Cordon Bleu London alumni will be available to answer any questions you may have about life as a Le Cordon Bleu student living in London.
