Sharpen your skills at the chopping board.
Develop your knife skills under the guidance of our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs and see the difference it will make in your kitchen. This session, you will focus on deboning a rack of lamb, chopping vegetables and garnishing as well as how to sharpen knifes like a professional chef.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
