Learn the techniques to make the perfect chocolate bonbons!
Bonbons are small chocolate based desserts that are named for their resemblance to truffles, they’re small, and made using a mold or free hand. The bonbon is filled with flavored ganaches and other fillings, then covered in a thin layer of chocolate and then voilà.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
