The art of cake decoration!
Learn basic cake decorating techniques including piping using buttercream and royal icing. With the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef instructor, learn the elements and techniques of cake decorating as you develop your pastry recipes.
Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
