Le Cordon Bleu to Visit the Netherlands

Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to share that our team will be visiting the Netherlands this July, as part of our celebrations of 130 years of excellence with Le Cordon Bleu.

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef, Colin Barnett, will showcase the culinary and teaching excellence of Le Cordon Bleu at two exciting events on the 12th July at Peter Pan Kookstudio in Amsterdam and 13th July at SAAM restaurant in Amstelveen.

Those who are interested in finding out more about the programmes and courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu are invited to attend one of two special culinary demonstrations, where Chef Colin will demonstrate a dish of Roast & Smoked Duck, while Le Cordon Bleu London alumni will be available to answer any questions you may have about life as a Le Cordon Bleu student living in London.

About Peter Pan Kookstudio

Peter Pan Kookstudio is a modern cooking studio in Amsterdam. A spacious venue that is very apt for cooking classes, demonstrations, promotions, cooking competitions and recordings. Groups up to 60 guests can cook and afterwards enjoy the food they’ve made in a nice dinner. The studio has professional audiovisual equipment like beamers, TV-screens and special lighting. Good accessibility, free parking and a very flexible mind are the perfect ingredients for a fantastic culinary event.

The restaurant offers seating to 42 guests on the ground floor, including a Chef’s Table up to 10 guests. The upstairs bar can seat another 20 guests for those who enjoy wining and dining. Jasper Hermans heads the kitchen creating a Spyskaart inspired by indigenous South African and consciously chosen local ingredients.
