Turning heat into harmony: What chefs do to ensure mental wellness
With RUOK Day fast-approaching on September 12, we asked some of our industry partners and chef lecturers what they do to keep their mental health in check ...
Executive Dean of Le Cordon Bleu Australia, Professor Alan Bowen-James commented that “this is a significant achievement for Le Cordon Bleu Australia. It is the first time in our history that we have received government support for our higher education courses, in particular for domestic students who now have greater access to our offerings at very competitive prices. This is a tremendous opportunity for people of all ages and in all walks of life to gain an internationally recognised qualification in hospitality from the premiere gastronomy and hospitality management educator.”
With a number of Le Cordon Bleu Australia’s accredited online courses now a part of the CSP initiative, eligible domestic students have the opportunity to be offered financial assistance though the Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS). The support is available to qualifying applicants and current students.
As Le Cordon Bleu Australia strives to offer support solutions to our domestic and international students during this difficult time, we are enthusiastic about this step towards future growth, diversity and resilience.
