You will conclude with the Superior Cuisine Certificate, where respect for classical techniques is essential to understanding the evolution and current state of modern cuisine. With recipes inspired by the menus of top restaurants, students enhance their skills in plating and presentation.
The introduction of local ingredients and products fosters creativity and broadens the students' perspective. To earn the Diploma, students must pass a final exam consisting of the preparation of a main dish with its garnishes, within a set time and following mandatory techniques.
