This French Traditional Pastry Workshop features two classics: Galette des Rois and Palmier.

Galette des Rois, a symbol of celebration and refined taste, is one of the most iconic and ceremonial desserts in French festive tradition. Made with pure-butter puff pastry, meticulously folded to create delicate, airy layers, it encases a luxurious Frangipane almond cream crafted from finely ground premium almonds. Palmier, the heart-shaped puff pastry, is a timeless representation of French baking mastery. Crafted by rolling and folding handmade thin-layer butter puff pastry into its signature heart shape, the surface is sprinkled with fine sugar that caramelizes slowly during baking, creating a golden sheen and delicate crispness.
