              Why Melbourne?

Melbourne has a population of almost 4.3 million and is home to residents from more than 140 nations making it one of the world’s most harmonious and culturally diverse cities.

The city is a ‘foodie’s paradise’. Cafés and restaurants provide high quality, sometimes quirky dining experiences in locations that range from carparks, laneways, rooftops and galleries to ‘dining in the sky’ experiences.

In July 2015, the Holmesglen Moorabbin Campus became the venue for the Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne Institute of Culinary Arts, our newest Australian campus. It is located in the heart of the bayside region of Melbourne approximately 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD by train. Le Cordon Bleu study programs are conducted in brand new kitchen, bakery and restaurant facilities created as part of a $25 million refurbishment of the campus.

              Programmes and Courses

The Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne Institute of Culinary Arts offers vocational and postgraduate study programmes in partnership with the Holmesglen Moorabbin Campus and the Southern Cross University (online only).
